Q: When is additional exterior caulking required?

A: Where two physically separate structures are joined, deterioration will occur over time, and make caulking repair work necessary. In addition, new construction and retrofit work will often make new caulking necessary.

Q: Do you do below grade work?

A: We frequently do waterproofing, often for basements and tunnels. This includes work with chemical grout injection.

Q: What types of membrane roofing materials do you have available?

A: We have multiple types of roofing membranes, including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and PVC.

Q: Do you install standing seam metal roofs?

A: Standing seam metal roofs are one of the options we have available.

Q: Do you perform EIFS repair?

A: We do provide EIFS coating repair work.

Q: What about elastomeric coating?

We do utilize elastomeric coating on metal roofs. Typically, we spray it on existing roofs, as it can expand and contract without breaking.

Q: Does your custom sheet metal work extend beyond commercial roofing work?

A: Yes, our metal fabricator can be used for any number of custom sheet metal applications. See our sheet metal page for pictures of our work.
