Safety is of primary concern at Southwestern. We have a full-time Director of Safety whose responsibility is to ensure that our job sites are safe for both our employees and our clients who work or dwell in the structure we’re working on.

Our safety program includes:

• On-Staff, Full-Time Director of Safety
• Comprehensive Safety Program
• Weekly Employee Safety Training
• Daily Jobsite / Facility Safety Inspections
• 10hr OSHA Certified Foreman
• Red Cross First Aid / CPR Certified Foreman
