Southwestern Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc. was formed as a “sister company” of Southwestern Roofing & Metal, Inc. in April 1991 in an effort to expand its scope of moisture protection services. We specialize in the design, installation, and repair of waterproofing and moisture protection systems. We also have expertise in building restoration services, including tuckpointing, EIFS repair, cosmetic cleaning, and masonry sealing.
